Proof Design
You will be sent a proof of your design via Etsy Messenger for you to approve before the final design is printed.
Returns:
Unfortunately, as this is a personalised item we won’t be able to accept returns.
Crafted from ceramic, the round bauble measures approximately 7.3cm x 7.3cm and is adorned with a festive velvet red ribbon.
Each bauble is sent in a velvet red bag as standard.
There is the option to add a gift box if this is a present or for you store securely year after year.
We strive to create and dispatch personalised items within one business day, ensuring prompt delivery of your special gift.
Dispatch of personalised gifts occurs Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.
UK deliveries are facilitated through Royal Mail 48, typically arriving within 2-3 working days, although this timeframe is an estimate provided by Royal Mail, not a guarantee.
Worldwide without gift box are shipped as a large letter to keep shipping costs down. If adding a gift box our shipping costs increase which is why selecting the gift box option if you're not in the UK increases the price so much.
