Returns

• Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom or personalised items, and final sale or clearance items.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you on the status of your refund.
• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
• A basic shipping price is included in the price of each item, whether you’re in the UK or international, which allows us to offer low postage prices. However, if a refund is requested, we will exclude the actual shipping cost we incurred from the total refund amount.
